Before starting the Fat Blocker Program, read this book in its entirety and consult your physician. Then weigh yourself. Write down your actual weight and your target weight.

Now call your physician and ask for the results of your latest blood test. Specifically, you want to know your total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, VLDL, and triglyceride (blood fat) levels. If they are not available, or are more than a year old, arrange to have another test as soon as possible. Write your results below in the left column. Ideal levels are listed in the right column.
